Returns & Refunds

               Our return policy is designed to be as fair and hassle free as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will work with you to find a solution. If we cannot resolve the issue, and we are at fault, we will provide a Full Refund upon receipt of the returned item.


We offer a 15-day return period where any item can be returned to us for any reason. (See exceptions below).


           Orders received with defective items will be fully refunded.

           Orders returned for reasons other than defects will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs.

           Items returned because of customer damage, will not be fully refunded but may be eligible for partial refund or store credit.


Sometimes the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the seller. For example, if we ship the wrong product, or if the buyer receives the product with parts or accessories missing. In these cases, we cover the cost of original shipping or the return shipping, and a full refund will be provided to the customer.


For customer-fault returns, for example, accidental order or better price available, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund if we provide a label. In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
